It’s been a wild and windy week out here in Southern California as a trio of fires have been burning out of control through Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange Counties. While it looks like the worst is over (the Santa Ana winds have died down and been replaced with a sea breeze), hundreds of homes were burned to the ground and the smoke is still streaming out to sea. Here’s a nifty time-lapse from Newport Beach on Saturday as the smoke from the fires make it’s way westward:
